Publication

Two publication pathways

E-TIST 2027 intends to offer two publication pathways for eligible research papers. Authors choose the route that suits their work; each journal makes its own independent decision.

Route A

Scopus-indexed journal route

For authors seeking publication in a journal indexed in Scopus. Manuscripts must satisfy the journal’s scope, quality, originality, formatting and editorial requirements.

Journal name, publisher, ISSN, website, current Scopus coverage, publication charges and expected timeline will be announced after the arrangement is finalized.

Partner to be confirmed

Route B

Peer-reviewed journal route

For authors seeking publication in an appropriate peer-reviewed journal. The selected journal’s review process, scope, editorial standards and publication requirements will apply.

Journal name, publisher, ISSN, website, publication charges and publication timeline will be announced after confirmation.

Partner to be confirmed

Important: Publication is subject to the independent journal’s editorial decision. The conference does not guarantee acceptance, publication or continued indexing in Scopus. Authors should verify the journal’s current indexing status through the official Scopus Sources list before paying any publication-related charges.

Peer-review process

  1. 01

    Submission

The author submits the abstract and full-length manuscript through the announced procedure.

  2. 02

    Initial screening

Checked for scope, completeness, formatting, originality and basic quality.

  3. 03

    Peer review

Eligible manuscripts are evaluated by suitable reviewers under the selected journal’s review policy.

  4. 04

    Editorial decision

The responsible editor or journal decides to accept, reject or request revision.

  5. 05

    Revision & final checks

Authors revise and complete any required declarations or formatting corrections.

  6. 06

    Publication

Accepted papers proceed through the publication partner’s production and publication process.

The exact review model, number of reviewers, review timeline and decision procedure depend on the selected journal. Acceptance for presentation at the conference is not a guarantee of journal publication.

Publication policy

  • Every paper must meet the applicable journal’s editorial and review requirements.
  • Authors must choose the intended publication route during registration or submission, as directed by the organizers.
  • Registration or conference presentation alone does not guarantee publication.
  • The journal retains final authority over acceptance, rejection, revision and publication.
  • The same manuscript must not be submitted for simultaneous or duplicate publication contrary to journal policy.
  • Copyright, licensing, author declarations and permissions are governed by the chosen publication venue.
  • Publication timelines may extend beyond the conference dates.
  • Additional journal-specific charges, if applicable, will be disclosed separately.
